Hackathon
The second edition of La Ferme Digitale’s hackathon took place at the heart of agricultural innovation during a unique 48-hour event. Companies and specialized operators (OS) came together to develop innovative solutions aimed at shaping the future of agriculture.
By combining open-source data, cutting-edge technologies (including generative AI), and the expertise of professionals from La Ferme Digitale, its partner OSFARM, and participating company teams, the event enabled the creation of concrete prototypes addressing specific challenges.

Nicolas Chabanne
Can we change the world with a carton of milk?
That’s the challenge taken on by Nicolas Chabanne, founder of C’est qui le Patron?!, a responsible brand created in collaboration with consumers. This initiative allows consumers to define a set of specifications for the products they want to see on store shelves, while ensuring that farmers are fairly compensated for their work.
Mauritz Quaak
Turning a farm into a renewable energy laboratory!
Ten years ago, Mauritz and Jacques-Pierre Quaak, owners of a farm in Seine-et-Marne, embarked on an adventure in agricultural methanization. They were the first to invest in a biomethane production unit, which they then injected into the gas grid. Today, their farm supplies gas to five neighboring towns.
Corentin Leroux
Is there a place for digital technology in agriculture?
Trained as an agronomist, Corentin Leroux has always worked to bridge the gap between the realities of the field and technological advancements. Co-founder of Wiki Agri Tech, a platform dedicated to digital innovations in agriculture, and founder of Aspexit, a company specializing in supporting farmers with digital tools, he addresses a major current issue.
Akiko Suwa Eisenmann
How can we ensure food security for all in a world undergoing rapid change?
Economist and researcher at INRAE, Akiko focuses on global agricultural dynamics, trade policies, and the impact of economic liberalization in developing countries. Her work highlights the importance of agricultural transition in a world where 800 million people face hunger and 2.3 billion suffer from food insecurity.
